Who collects the samples?

Your clinic does. Doxtor tells your team what to collect for each order, how to label it and where to send it. Doxtor does not send kits to patients’ homes.

Can we cancel an order?
Yes, until the laboratory has the order or the samples have been marked as sent. After that, the laboratory has to be told.

How does Doxtor know which tubes to collect?
From the tests on the order. Doxtor groups them by tube type, says how many of each to collect and which tests each is for.

What if collected samples are not sent?
The team members who handle samples are reminded by email until the samples are marked as sent.
