Barts London School of Medicine, BSc Sports & Exercise Medicine
Dr Ahmed’s medical training was completed at the prestigious Barts and the London school of medicine. In addition to his medical degree he obtained BSc in sports and exercise medicine at Queen Mary university during the time of the 2012 Olympics. This enabled him to practise and research on world class athletes and gain valuable insight in how injuries can be managed with the latest tech and treatments.
Achievements & Awards:
Following on from this he initially embarked on a career in orthopaedic surgery and won a place on the highly competitive UK core surgical training programme. He won a place on the highly regarded Oxford University hospitals training programme, including rotations in John Radcliffe Hospital for ENT, paediatrics, Rehab medicine and emergency medicine.
Business Experience:
Whilst this training was on-going he also had business interests, including a medical service for drivers who struggle to get doctor appointments and aesthetics clinics.
